Realtors that have obtained designations. What do they mean?

GRI: Graduate of the Real Estate Institute. For members in residential real estate who want a solid base for a successful career in real estate. It is a comprehensive education consisting of 92 hours of live course instruction in various areas of real estate from a statewide selected faculty, experienced in their own areas of expertise.

e-Pro: Technology based materials to enable a REALTOR to better serve clients in this changing environment. The course is a complete training program on communicating effectively with the online consumer.

CRS: Advanced study in listing, selling, investment and taxes for those that have a proven record of experience in applied residential marketing. Only 4% of REALTORS nationwide have earned this designation.
